Slabjack Geotechnical
Why us

Why choose Slabjack Geotechnical

We have completed thousands of lifts since 2011 and pioneered dual-hose, multi-polymer slab lifting: faster lifts, less slab fracturing, better void filling and fewer callbacks. Our polymers are custom formulated to our own specification.

Your concrete is probably fine. The ground under it isn't.

Most sunken concrete is still good concrete sitting on soil that washed out or settled. You should not have to pay for a new slab when the one you have only needs to be put back where it was.

Questions

Straight answers

What is slabjacking?

Slabjacking, also called concrete raising or lifting, puts a sunken slab back where it belongs instead of tearing it out. We drill small holes, inject material underneath, and it fills the voids and lifts the slab back to level.

Why use geopolymer instead of mudjacking?

Geopolymer is far lighter than mud or grout, so it does not add weight to soil that is already failing. It needs smaller holes, cures faster, and fills the voids that caused the settlement.

How much cheaper is raising concrete than replacing it?

Raising a slab usually costs a fraction of tearing it out and pouring new, with far less mess and downtime. Every job is different, so we give you a written estimate before any work starts.

How long does it take?

Most residential lifts are finished in a day, and the concrete can be used soon after.

What does your warranty cover?

On residential concrete that has been in place at least ten years, we re-lift once at no charge any section that re-settles more than 1/4" for as long as you own the home. Commercial, industrial and municipal lifts carry a one-year warranty. Ask us for the full terms.

Can you fix cracks too?

Yes. We seal cracks and joints with commercial-grade silicone sealants. Sealing them keeps water from washing out the soil under the slab, which is what makes concrete sink in the first place.

Do you do commercial and municipal work?

Yes. Alongside homes we work on warehouse and industrial floors, sidewalks, airport runways, culverts, large-diameter pipe, concrete ditches, manholes, seawalls and bulkheads.

Where do you work?

Across Washington and North Idaho, from offices serving Wenatchee, Spokane, the Tri-Cities and the Puget Sound. Jobs more than 20 miles outside our core service area may carry a trip charge.

Where this ends

Concrete you stop stepping around

A level driveway, a patio that drains away from the house, a walkway nobody trips on, and the money you would have spent on a tear-out still in your pocket.

Is it sinking, cracked or a trip hazard now?
